Procedure for Tickets

Please login to https://my.studyfinancing-sxm.com/ to request funds to purchase your ticket or reimbursement for tickets already purchased.

The earlier the better as ticket prices increases closer to the travel date

Supporting documents:

a. First first time travel to place of study:

At least four (4) weeks in advance:
- Request the travel itinerary for your trip or purchase from any travel agencies or online.
Proof of admittance or registration to educational institution
A copy of US student Visa and I-20 form or Study Permit for Canada or the United Kingdom(if applicable)

b. For compulsory internship

A letter from the school indicating that the internship is mandatory
A confirmation letter from the place of internship
At least four (4) weeks in advance:
- Request the travel itinerary for your trip or purchase from any travel agencies or online.

c. Vacation

A copy of your most recent grades/transcript
Students must have met the academic performance standards for each year of study
Student must have completed at least two (2) years of the study
At least four (4) weeks in advance:
- Request the travel itinerary for your trip or purchase from any travel agencies or online.

d. For return home after completion of study

A copy of your transcript or diploma as proof of completion of your studies
At least four (4) weeks in advance:
- Request the travel itinerary for your trip or purchase from any travel agencies or online.

e. Death in the family

A copy of the death certificate and or death announcement
Proof of the family relationship (if applicable)
At least four (4) weeks in advance:
- Request the travel itinerary for your trip or purchase from any travel agencies or online.

Other conditions may apply depending on the circumstances. Please note that Maduro Travel is no longer issuing tickets for the Government of Sint Maarten.
