Study financing recipients are eligible for a 100% loan to cover the cost of:
- Computer or Laptop Or
- Educational Materials (such as research equipment, specialized tools or uniforms)
- The maximum amount is US$ 1000,00 or NAF. 1780,00

Step 1:
- Request an invoice or quotation for the computer, laptop or educational materials

Step 2:
- Login to the portal
- Select CLEM LOANS from the menu
- Click on Request CLEM Loan
- Select the TYPE
- Computer, Laptop
- Educational materials
- Upload the QUOTATION
- Agree with the terms and conditions
