- Address a letter to the Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sport requesting the resettlement allowance. Include the supporting documents.
Supporting documents
- Proof of registration at the Census Office AND
- Employment/Labor Agreement OR
- Lease/rental agreement OR
- A copy of a GEBE electricity or water invoice
