Break in studies or placing study financing on hold
Information
Study financing recipients must be fulltime students at all times.
As such students may not suspend their studies for more than 30 days without first informing the Division of Study Financing of the situation.
In the event of a pregnancy or any other medical conditions or problems students are required to inform the Division of Study Financing in writing of the suspension of their studies.
Study financing can only be placed on hold for maximum period of one (1) year.
Suspending or stopping your studies will result in the loss of all study financing benefits (insurance, supervision and book money).
